Sewer & Water Fees

Fee determinations are based on a number of variables.

These variables include the following:

• What sanitation district or zone is involved? Fees vary by district.
• Will the structure be residential, commercial, industrial or mixed use?
• Is this structure currently served by a septic system?
• What is the square footage of the structure?

Due to the complexity of these determinations, it is unwise to make assumptions until the full scope of a project is determined by Permit Sonoma Staff at the time an application is accepted.
