Critical Submission Information
- For each property, only one submission is allowed per calendar year.
- Do not submit additional applications for a property. The first application will be the only application processed.
- To make changes to a previously submitted application, contact Fire Prevention Administration:

- Plan ahead! If you think you will need a 2nd visit, select Yes to the required question Re-Chip Requested.
