Resiliency Permit Center

Rebuilding Together

The Resiliency Permit Center (RPC), overseen by Permit Sonoma, is exclusively dedicated to the residential reconstruction permitting needs of unincorporated Sonoma County related to major wildfires. (Visit the main Permit Center for non-residential rebuilds.)

Located at 2550 Ventura Avenue in Santa Rosa, in Permit Sonoma's former Hearing Room, we are a one stop shop for all residential permits related to major Sonoma County wildfires. We have streamlined the permit application and review process targeting 5 days as the maximum comment response time.

For less complex projects, we will return comments within 3 days or further expedite with over the counter, same day approval.
