An important responsibility our Unit has as the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) is sharing responsibility with the public on facilities within their community that handle hazardous materials under the California Public Records Act (PRA).

Many facility records are available electronically, and you may search our HazMat CUPA Public Access Viewer to search our database.
