HazMat and CUPA Public Records

An important responsibility our Unit has as the Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) is sharing responsibility with the public on facilities within their community that handle hazardous materials under the California Public Records Act (PRA).

Many facility records are available electronically, and you may search our HazMat CUPA Public Access Viewer to search our database.

Search by permit number, site facility, address, etc.:

If the information you are interested in is not available or you need more information than is available via the HazMat CUPA Public Access Viewer, please submit a Public Records Act (PRA) Request.
