The underlying aerial photographs used in the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs or FIRMettes) are of unknown age and should not be relied upon as an accurate depiction of development on any given parcel. The depicted floodplains are based on the most recent Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and are considered current.
