Property Manager Certification Exam

Exam Instructions

  1. Read all course materials and familiarize yourself with local regulations before taking the test.
  2. Take the test below. A passing score of at least 26 is required. You can take the test multiple times, however, please allow 24-hours in between each re-take attempt.
  3. Once you have passed the exam, we will contact you in approximately two weeks to provide instructions on how to pay the Property Manager Certification exam fee.
