Pre-reviewed ADU Design Gallery

The County maintains an online listing of pre-reviewed accessory dwelling unit (ADU) plans as part of the new ADU Ready program. Property owners seeking to permit an ADU may use these plans to reduce plan check times and fees.

Project Applicants

• Applicants must contact the design plan vendor directly using the information below to obtain a pre-reviewed ADU plan package. Project applicants are responsible for licensing fees and limitations on pre-reviewed plan use as required by plan vendors.
• Applicants should review PJR-149 Preliminary ADU Checklist before obtaining a pre-reviewed ADU plan package. Projects using pre-reviewed plans will still need to conform to site-specific requirements and ADU designs will need to be integrated into the overall submittal package for a building permit. Be sure to select a plan which fits your parcel’s needs.
• The “pre-reviewed” status of posted plans expires at the end of each code cycle. Complete building applications must be submitted using current pre-reviewed plans.
