ADU Design Gallery

• Applicants must contact the design plan vendor directly using the information below to obtain a pre-reviewed ADU plan package. Project applicants are responsible for licensing fees and limitations on pre-reviewed plan use as required by plan vendors.
• Applicants should review ADU Ready, Standards for ADUs, and Building an ADU before obtaining a pre-reviewed ADU plan package. Projects using pre-reviewed plans will still need to conform to site-specific requirements and ADU designs will need to be integrated into the overall submittal package for a building permit. Be sure to select a plan that fits your parcel’s needs.
• The “pre-reviewed” status of posted plans expires at the end of each code cycle. Complete building applications must be submitted using current pre-reviewed plans.
