Project Description:	Use Permit, UPE98-0040 on an 18.3 -acre parcel. The use permit modification includes 1) increase wine production from 8,000 cases annually to 40,000 cases annually; 2) New 13,450 square foot barrel building with tank canopy; 3) Employees increase to 10 full-time employees during non-harvest and 18 full-time during harvest; 4) Change in operating hours during harvest from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. No change to existing public visitation or events.
