Vacation Rentals Ordinance Review

As directed by the Board of Supervisors, a review of the County’s Vacation Rental program has been initiated. The review process will include a robust community participation process, and will look at a wide range of issues including neighborhood compatibility and vacation rental management. Ways to better enforce the existing vacation rental ordinance provisions will also be examined.
