In Preparation for Permit Sonoma's Digital Plan Room to Go Live, Online Permitting Will Be Unavailable This Weekend

Permit Sonoma is excited to roll out the new Digital Plan Room (DPR).  This technology will speed permitting by helping us coordinate reviewing plans more effectively.  In preparation for these improvements, Permit Sonoma's online permitting tool, Permits Online, will be down from Friday, August 11, at 5:00 PM until Monday, August 14, at 8:00 AM. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but hope that these new changes make getting permits for your projects easier.

DPR Open Houses

Don't forget, Permit Sonoma will be holding open houses to answer any Digital Plan Room questions you have and help you submit plans effectively. come into our Permit Center on Friday, August 18, 2023, or September 15, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for activities to help you learn how to use our Digital Plan Room.

Live demonstrations will be held from 10-11 AM and 3-4 PM.  Following each demonstration there will be a 30-minute Question + Answer discussion.  Live demonstrations have limited capacity and are on a first come, first served basis.

Customers can bring their laptops and/or any questions they have about the new review process for submitting and managing their permit applications.  There will be a variety of stations available for customers to use and staff will be present to answer specific questions.
