SoCo Adapts is adminstered by Permit Sonoma. Funded through FEMA the County of Sonoma, our grants tackle wildfire risk "house-out, landscape in," giving residents expert advice and on-the-ground support - with zero code-enforcement risk.

Stronger Together: Our Wildfire-Resilience Team

Wildfire resilience is a team sport. SoCo Adapts works side-by-side with local fire districts including CAL FIRE, Sonoma County Fire District, Rancho Adobe Fire District, FEMA, Fire Safe Sonoma, Cal OES, and other trusted organziations to bring cutting-edge science, training, and resources to Sonoma County. Their expertise amplifies our grant program - turning best practices into on-the-ground action that aims to protect homes, property and future generations.
