Zoning Administrator

The Zoning Administrator, part of the Sonoma County Planning Agency, conducts public hearings and makes decisions on applications for Use Permits, Zoning Variances, and Coastal Development Permits.

All Meetings are in Hybrid Format

All Planning Agency, Planning Commission and Zoning Administrator meetings will be held at the Permit Sonoma Hearing Room, 2550 Ventura Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.  Members of the Public May Attend the Meeting in Person or Virtually on Zoom. Public attendees will have an opportunity to submit live comments during the hearing in-person only.
