On April 5, 2022, the Board of Supervisors will be conducting a public workshop to consider upcoming code amendments to the California Model Building Codes and to provide direction to staff regarding the triennial building code cycle and emergency housing options.
Topics include:
- Energy efficiency of new construction
- Emergency housing options, including tiny homes
Members of the public are encouraged to participate remotely, receive information and provide comment to the Board of Supervisors and Permit Sonoma. The workshop will be accessible in English and Spanish on Zoom.
